Refund policy

If you receive an incorrect item or have a defect in your product. i.e. poor fit or finish, please contact us immediately so we can correct your order. Requests for corrected merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.  

All mouthpieces, backbores, leadpipes, and tuning slides are subject to a 10% per piece restocking fee.

Valve Oil products (Valve Oil and Gel), outlet items, "made-to-order" mouthpiece models, acrylic tops, stainless steel tops, silver-plated leadpipes, custom design products, and gold plated items are NOT returnable.
