There was a error with my top caps not havning the rubber washers put in them before shipping. After I emails Pickett I received them quickly with out any hassle at all. They also said they were sorry for the mistake.

The top that I ordered was an experiment, and Peter was willing to scrap it and alter the rim to my liking. As it turned out, the original rim felt great and there was no need for any alterations. Kind of a rare occurrence when dealing with custom mouthpieces, to say the least! He is VERY good. Thanks, Peter!
