Top notch in quality, build... Really solid consistency throughout all the products I tried. I noticed am immediate improvement in sound, intonation and consistency as did the other players when they heard me with the new mouthpieces.

They make a noticeable difference in tone quality and look great.

The set looked and performed amazing and Pickett did a fantastic job given the work was 100% custom. However, I had no clue on how to put the set on ... a little trial and error got them on, but I had to go online to determine the best configuration for my trumpet. Perhaps a basic "installation guide" and "best practices" might have made the installation go a bit more smoothly.

The precision of the machining was terrific -- the measurements had been taken at ITG in Harrisburg, using hand-held measuring tools so I was a bit apprehensive about how well the trim pieces would fit. When they arrived, it was as if they had been machined by the trumpet maker!
