I had tried another piece a year or so ago for a different horn/mpc combination. It didn't work for me, and Peter told me to return it at no cost.

I am overwhelmed with Picket Brass' incredible customer service (esp. Peter) and the 'old-fashioned' way of treating a customer like a real person. Also kudos for being flexible with the loaners! Thanks Peter & Co.

I also really like how they say to e-mail them with any problems or concerns with the mouthpiece and they'll be more than happily do a trade in. But the mouthpiece is so perfect I would I treat it like I would a new born baby.
